  3. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to exchange or issue store credit for any items that are returned within 10 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.

  4. Final Sale Policy: Some items in our boutique are marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are clearly marked and cannot be returned for any reason

  5. Defective Items: If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
